40 Minute Strong Workout, a very nice work out, I will have to come back to this video exercise again because I had no free weights available. Some exercises I couldn’t do because I didn’t have the dumbbells and I just couldn’t do. I did other types of tougher exercises instead. I did some cardio and some sit ups while I couldn’t do some of the exercises. It doesn’t feel that good when you starting but when I was finished I felt great. Body feels a lot better with exercises. go ahead and try it out, I will be doing more and more whenever I can. Full Body workout, today I have done 30 minutes, I am half way to the video but without the dumbbells. Some of the exercises I have changed with something different because I don’t have the dumbbells. Sweating a lot though, I have been doing some cardio like jumping jacks and other type of exercises. I will get some dumbbells ready for next time and start from the beginning.
I have been doing some exercises outdoors so that is why I haven’t been posting here, let’s do it!
I just did a 20 minute abs workout, I think I did good with this one. Was kind of painful but did it. There were at times that I had to do slower than the instructor here but did a good job. I will ook for another 10 minutes to do and get it done!
Hooray I am done with my other 10 minutes. I thought this video was only 10 minutes but noooo. It is 1 hr and 4 minutes. I will continue next time on the 10 minute and up. It is a very good tough one and will try it out. I like doing exercise at home, privately and whenever I want! This post will be continued for next time. It will be a longer than usual exercise post.
Ok, I will continue with this post today, it is 12/22/20 and have done another 10 minutes already on the below video. I will start the video on top of this text (Continue where I left off). I will start on the 10 minute time of the video.
OK, I have done 30 minutes more for the top video after this one abs intense workout. It does feel good! Was very hard to do and lots and lots of sweat. I had to take a break every ten minutes, there is no way I can do this without taking a break.
It is amazing how the fitness trainer does it without stopping, wow! Next time I will continue on the 50 minute of the video and will finish it. Means that I will continue on this post. It is OK though cause what is important is; I am doing the exercises from the comfort of my home. Go ahead and do these videos and start to tone up your body!
Today is 12/23/20 and have done 20 minutes of the last previous video that I left off here. The one that was to be continued. I just finished that video and took me three sessions (3 days). I had to modified some stuff cause I couldn’t do but made me sweat. Made my heart pump faster and now taking a small break. I will find another 10 minute video and finish the day of exercise with it.

This exercise video was great, was kind of tough to do; but yes completed. I am so happy that I did it. You will not get any rest if you follow the video exactly as created. I did have about 2 breaks and completed the exercise.

OK, I just completed another 15 minutes, which I have 10 or 5 more minutes to do. This one was pretty cool and I think you can do it. It is a great workout for the full body.
I just finished another 10 minutes totaling 35 minutes today. All these video exercises makes me tired and sweat a lot. The next day or on the night I feel the body aches and pain. No pain no gain huh? The below video doesn’t have any sound, so put some background music to feel a lot better.
Yesterday I went ahead and did some good running around a field. It was about 70 degrees here in Virginia, it was great weather with sunny outside. I did go spend an hour playing with the soccer ball and running around with the ball. It was just a great exercise for my body and mind. It was nice while it lasted, now today is 30 degrees outside and cold. We are now expecting a snow storm tomorrow; we’ll see how it does.
Today I am doing this video on the feature top of the page. I am half way and doing great, it is a super tough one but am doing it. At the beginning of the video I did take lots of brakes, now on the second half I am going to try to take every 10 minutes.
It is a unbelievable hard exercise because we can’t take brakes. Sorry I just noticed that I am taking brakes every 10% and not 10 minutes. So, is slower and more brakes than I thought. It is just crazy tough to do. But I am doing it; you too can do it! If I can do it; you definitely can!
Wow, if she did that without any breaks, I have admiration here! Try to do 30 minutes exercise everyday and you’ll be set! Just do it!
Today just dong fat belly exercises to burn fat. Those are the videos for today, I just completed the feature video on this page. Will continue till I do 30 minutes of exercise. Yesterday I did free weights for about one hour outside. I have a bench and heavy free weights that I sometimes do lift. So yesterday was a free weight lifting day.
I am so happy that I completed my 30 minutes today. I didn’t feel like doing the exercises again, but I had too. It does feel good when is all done and finished. I hope tomorrow I can do another 30 minutes. This had me really moving and tired and sweaty, I hope to continue tomorrow.
Today I just did one solo 30 minute video exercise. I was feeling lots of stress and I didn’t want to do the exercise. The stress and I am still feeing sore and didn’t want to do it! I did it and finished now. I don’t feel the stress, exercise does help against stress. Very nice feeling, don’t fell that tired just I need a drink of water.

Yoga stretching session, today we are just going to stretch. I feel real tired and feel like doing nothing that will make me sweat, so instead of doing nothing, we just do some stretching. I have stretched for 15 minutes already with the feature video on this page.
