Today just dong fat belly exercises to burn fat. Those are the videos for today, I just completed the feature video on this page. Will continue till I do 30 minutes of exercise. Yesterday I did free weights for about one hour outside. I have a bench and heavy free weights that I sometimes do lift. So yesterday was a free weight lifting day.
I am so happy that I completed my 30 minutes today. I didn’t feel like doing the exercises again, but I had too. It does feel good when is all done and finished. I hope tomorrow I can do another 30 minutes. This had me really moving and tired and sweaty, I hope to continue tomorrow.
