Full Body workout
Full Body workout, today I have done 30 minutes, I am half way to the video but without the dumbbells. Some of the exercises I have changed with something different because I don’t have the dumbbells. Sweating a lot though, I have been doing some cardio like jumping jacks and other type of exercises. I will get some dumbbells ready for next time and start from the beginning.
I have been doing some exercises outdoors so that is why I haven’t been posting here, let’s do it!
