I feel I ate a little more than what I had to today. Is a special occasion, that is why.

Body is kind of sore from exercises and that is good

Food Consumed: half spoon coffee, 6 Oreo cookies, half spoon honey , 11am 1 apple and a half and I am super hungry , 2pm ate three tortilla chips 6" diameter, half cup of pork chopped meat made in oil, small piece red meat 2"x4", 3 small radish, small cup of apple juice, cup of black beans, 3 flour tortillas 6" diameter , Cup of black beans, 3 flour tortillas 6" diameter, Baby Kale half Cup, Cup of rice, Cream, Spoon Cheese
I feel very bad because I am eating too much and trying to consume less bad food.
Food Consumed: Coffee one cup, half spoon coffee equals 20 calories , 1 spoon sugar equals16 calories, half spoon honey equals7.5 calories on my coffee , 1 Cup of Apple Juice, 1/5 Cup of black beans, 2 small homemade tortillas, 1 or 2 spoons sized white Salvadorian's hardened cheese , Coconut juice, soup of fish with vegetables one bowl very healthy plus two yellow tortillas 6 diameter, hot tea of oregano one big cup , 1 apple, juice mix one apple and celery with water
